This is a John Seerey-Lester limited edition paper lithograph that is signed by the artist and is #694/950. The title of this piece is "Hidden Admirer - Moose" with dimensions of 31 3/8 x 22". The markings you think you see on the matte are actually reflections on the glass. This also includes a nice vintage style wood frame.
